The kind of businesses we work best with
RIOT is a small studio, so we're deliberately picky about who we take on. The clients we do our best work for share a few things in common: they're owner-operated or lean-managed, they've outgrown DIY tools, and they care about doing things properly rather than doing things fastest.
Most sit somewhere between £250k and £10m turnover — big enough that marketing genuinely matters, small enough that the founder still answers the phone.

How we choose projects
We turn down more work than we take on. If a project isn't going to produce a great outcome — because the budget is wrong for the scope, the timeline is unrealistic, or the fit isn't there — we'll tell you and, where we can, recommend someone better suited.
That's better for you, better for us, and better for the eventual outcome.
