What can the chatbot actually do?

Which AI model do you use?
Depends on the job. For most clients we use OpenAI's GPT-5 or Anthropic's Claude — both reliable, both well-priced. For privacy-critical use cases we deploy open-source models (Llama, Mistral) on your own infrastructure.
Will it hallucinate or make things up?
Honest answer: it can — all LLMs can. We mitigate it heavily with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) so it only answers from your actual content, strict system prompts, and clear fallback ('I'm not sure, let me put you through to the team'). We test extensively before launch.
