Do I have to be on a care plan?
No. Care plans are optional but strongly recommended. Without one you're responsible for hosting, backups, security and updates. With one, we handle all of it and you just call us when you need something changed.
What's the difference between tiers?
Essential (£29/mo) covers hosting, backups and uptime monitoring. Pro (£79/mo) adds 30 mins of content edits and security monitoring. Premium (£149/mo) is unlimited small edits, performance monitoring and priority response.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — rolling monthly, cancel any time, no exit fees. We'll help you migrate to a new host if you go elsewhere.
Do you cover sites you didn't build?
Sometimes — we'll do a free 15-minute audit first to check the site is in good enough shape to take on. WordPress, Shopify and most modern stacks are usually fine.
